My name is Brian McCrea and I’m the owner and master technician of Dent Finesse. I started out in the PDR industry back in 2002, when I was asked by a friend if I was interested in checking out what he was doing, as I was recently laid off from my position at a machine shop. I never even heard of paintless dent removal at the time so admittedly had no idea what to expect. One thing was for certain is I always had a love for cars, and when I started my training at the old Foreign Motors West facility in Natick I was able to learn on cars that I only ever seen in magazines or on tv. It was very intriguing and extremely difficult and frustrating all at the same time. I remember many times thinking that this wasn’t for me and that I would never get the hang of it. Needless to say I stuck through it and slowly started to grasp it. I had a great trainer and support system to start which I will forever be grateful for.
I was hired on full time and worked with Factory Finish until 2005 when we parted ways. Later that year I continued my PDR journey as a technician with Ding Dent Done, where I was servicing car dealerships and body shops around the Boston area. Durning these 9 1/2 years that I spent there I grew a great deal personally and professionally . I’ve become extremely passionate for what I do and knew that this wasn’t just a job for me anymore, it was a career. I was able to make a name for myself and build a reputation for one of the areas top technicians. In the fall of 2014 after allot of thought I decided to take the next step and leave Ding Dent Done to further my career. With a renewed sense of pride I started Dent Finesse.
My goal to build a reputable brand, provide exceptional customer service and give my clients the quality repairs they deserve.
As vehicles evolve each year so do the tools & techniques needed to keep up with ever changing automotive industry. I’m always educating myself and investing in the newest equipment to be ready for any challenge. I enjoy the relationships I form with new customers as much as I do maintaining the relationships that have been long withstanding.
When I’m not working I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, traveling, projects around the house, good food and time spent with my wife, dogs, family and friends.
